With over 20 years of experience as an HR leader and a member of executive teams in large international organizations, I bring a deep understanding of all aspects of human resource management in both the private and public sectors. As a lecturer and PhD candidate, I continuously stay updated on the latest developments in the field. As a consultant, I’m hands-on and fully engaged. I facilitate workshops and discussions with employees and partners, as I strongly believe in inclusive leadership. However, when needed, I am also ready to independently draft technical specifications, principles, policies, or models to meet your organization’s needs.

I specialize in management and HR skills training, including communication skills, change management, shaping organizational culture, recruitment skills, and designing compensation systems. My approach ensures that participants gain practical, hands-on experience to confidently apply these skills in their roles.
